Quest Programs, Inc. is a non-profit corporation operating for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The specific purpose of this corporation is to establish and maintain therapeutic licensed facilities for the care of children or young adults where person-centered resources, referrals, and support services are provided.
